Following the fast - August 14 (Av 11)
This year due to the fact that the fast was postponed, one may get a hair cut, shave, shower and do the laundry as well as partake of meat and wine, listen to music and recite shehejiyanu,
immediately following the fast.

May the Almighty rebuild the Temple in Yerushalayim, gather in the exiles from the four corners of the earth and may the redeemer come unto Zion. Amen.
Have an easy and meaningful fast,
Rabbi Yeshurun

*Rabbis Weinreb and Weil of the OU will be explaining the various Kinot (Lamentations) recitations one by one. We will tune in through a live satellite feed. Feel free to walk in during the day and sit for a half hour or more to watch this fascinating presentation.
In addition we will be hosting the worldwide movie event, compliments of the Chafetz Chayim Foundation (6:45pm).
